The mansion is surrounded by extensive gardens featuring native and foreign plants, a garden waterfall, outdoor seating, and a tree house. Located a 5-minute walk from an upscale grocery store and 10 restaurants ranging from pizza to Southeast Asian cuisine. The property offers a free full breakfast served daily from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM, a business center, and event venue services. Point Defiance Park, one of the largest urban parks in the US with zoo and aquarium facilities, is nearby. Sea-Tac Airport is 40 km away.
